Our Process
Cleandeer will perform the following cleaning services
Range of services
Dusting, washing, and polishing of all surfaces; vacuuming of carpets and/or cleaning of non-carpeted flooring; cleaning of all appliances, bathrooms, and food preparation areas; trash collection and removal
Approved equipment
All labor, supervision, materials, and equipment required to perform these tasks will be provided by CleanDeer at the approval of the Client.

As required by the client needs
Supply list
All the cleaning products will be issued by CleanDeer from the professional supplier and will have a COSHH:
PRODUCT PURPOSE- Cleaning solution Washing windows, surface area
- Polishing solution applied to specific surfaces, such as wood
- Vacuum Cleaning Floors, furniture
- Mop and cleaning solution Cleaning non-carpeted floors
- Plastic bags Refuse such as trash, recycling
Accreditation and Guarantee
CleanDeer Ltd. was accredited by Alcumus by Health and Safety Regulations and currently hold the certificate.
CleanDeer is fully licensed and insured to provide professional office cleaning services. Documentation is available upon request.
It is the policy of CleanDeer that our team of cleaners will not eat in your office, use any of your facilities, answer phones or give access to outside visitors.
Communication between our Staff and Client employees, if cleaning services are required during business hours, will be limited so as not to distract workers.
